Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated and processed on site and you will be charged the actual cost according to the size and weight of the parcel. All attempts are made to keep parcels cost effective. The following are recent examples of shipping costs from our location in Vernon, B.C.
An additional $6.50 is added to all orders for Packing materials and handling.

These rates are for orders including a saddle. If you just need something small - like pads or accessories - it is cheaper. We generally ship by Canada Post, expedited parcel, fully insured. It will usually take three to six days to BC and Alberta, and seven to nine days to the other provinces. If you aren't home, Canada Post will notify you by leaving a card, and you can then pick up your saddle at the local post office, or send someone to get it for you.
If you want your saddle quicker we can ship by UPS. This will cost you more. Contact us for exact pricing and delivery times for this service. We can also ship collect if you have a UPS account.
Should the package or contents be damaged, please don't accept it without having your post office or UPS depot/station confirm that the parcel arrived damaged. Should you discover any damages to the products once you unwrap them, please notify us and the shipper right away.
